Marilee Ann Taylor Willis 72, of Shenandoah, Iowa, entered into eternal rest on Thursday morning, October 29, 2020 at the Omaha Hospice House, Josie Harper Residence in Omaha, Nebraska. Marilee was born to John B. and Sylvia B. Torgerson Taylor on April 12, 1948 in Montevideo Minnesota.

Her early years were spent in Appleton Minnesota where she attended school graduating in 1966 from Appleton High School.

She resided in Appleton Minnesota, Montevideo Minnesota, Newton Iowa, Watson Missouri, Coin Iowa and finally settled in Shenandoah Iowa.  She worked for Maytag while in Newton Iowa.  She retired after 20 years of working for Wal-Mart in Shenandoah.

She enjoyed reading, tending to her plants and crafting quilts, crocheting and knitting.  She loved baking and providing Holiday dinners.  She was always shopping for the best deals, especially at JC Penny.

Marilee was preceded in death by her parents, John and Sylvia Taylor and a son, Matthew Webb.

She is survived by her daughter Melissa Willis of Hamburg Iowa, son Brian Willis of Elkhorn Nebraska, and son John and wife Laura Webb of Texas.  Grandchildren Jennifer Johnson, Harlie Jones of Hamburg Iowa, and Tucker Willis of Lincoln Nebraska.  Also, brother John Taylor Jr. of Platte City Missouri. Many nieces, Nephews other relatives and friends.

There will be open visitation following cremation for Marilee on Thursday, November 5, 2020 beginning at 10:00 am and ending at 6:00 pm at Nishna Valley Funeral and Cremation Service. Memorials in her name are being directed to the Family.
